Adults and children with disabilities can be active and contributing members of their community. Heartspring consultants will assist you in creating a work environment that is structured, and provides the visual supports necessary to allow individuals the opportunity to actively and independently work with successful outcomes. An integral piece of this process is the education of all employees working along side an individual with a disability. Understanding a person’s disability creates awareness that facilitates a much more cohesive work environment thus allowing all employees the opportunity to work together with confidence.
